Club Rules & Terms

These rules are waiting for a final legal review and may still change.

Welcome to RXZClub, the club for people who love the Yamaha RXZ. These rules keep the club friendly and fair. By joining, you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice.

1. 1.Joining is free

   • Ordinary membership is free. There is no joining fee and no yearly fee.
   • You don't need to own a motorcycle. Fans are welcome too.
   • You get a permanent membership number. It's yours for life and is never given to anyone else.

2. 2.Who can join

   • You must be 16 or older. When you register, you confirm that you are at least 16.
   • If you're 16 or 17, please make sure your parent or guardian is happy for you to join.
   • We don't check ID documents. We rely on the details you give us, so please keep them honest.
   • Being a member doesn't give anyone permission to ride. Always ride with a valid licence and follow the road rules.

3. 3.Your account

   • One account per person, please.
   • Keep your password to yourself, and tell the admins if you think someone else has used your account.
   • Choose a nickname that doesn't copy someone else or offend anyone.
   • Your email and WhatsApp number are private. Only club admins can see your WhatsApp number, and only to contact you about the club.

4. 4.Founder and Honorary numbers

   • RXZ000001 to RXZ000100 are reserved forever for Founder and Honorary members.
   • They are never sold, and only the Super Admin can award them.

5. 5.Special numbers

   • Some other numbers are special numbers, each with a fixed price set by the club.
   • The admins look after reservations and allocation. A special number becomes yours when an admin assigns it to your account.
   • Any payment, and any refund, is arranged with the club outside this website. The website never takes payments. For special-number enquiries or payment questions, email contact@rxzclub.com. This is the club's only official channel for them.
   • When you get a special number, your old number is retired and never given to anyone else. Numbers can't be passed on to another member.

6. 6.Your bikes, photos and posts

   • Add bikes you own or have owned, and keep the details honest. You can mark a bike as sold or scrapped at any time.
   • What you paid for a bike stays private; it only feeds anonymous price ranges.
   • We remove location details from your photos. We suggest covering your number plate too.
   • Only post photos and words you have the right to share. You keep ownership, and you let RXZClub show them on the site while they're published.
   • Keep it about the RXZ and the club. RXZClub is a club, not a marketplace.

7. 7.Be a good club member

   Ride with respect, online and on the road. Please don't:

   • spam, advertise or scam
   • abuse, threaten, harass or bully anyone
   • post sexual, violent or shocking content
   • share other people's personal details, like phone numbers, addresses or number plates
   • pretend to be another member, an admin or the club
   • promote illegal activity, such as stolen bikes or parts
   • offer to sell or trade membership numbers

8. 8.Moderation and appeals

   • If the rules are broken, moderators can hide or remove a post or comment, send a warning, or suspend a membership for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days, or in rare cases until further notice.
   • You'll always see the reason in My Club › Account standing.
   • You can appeal once within 30 days, even while suspended. Where possible a different admin reviews it, and you'll hear the outcome.

9. 9.Your privacy

   • Your email, WhatsApp number, birth year, address and purchase details are never shown publicly.
   • You can hide your public profile at any time. Your posts and bikes stay public under your nickname until you remove them.
   • The full details are in the Privacy Notice.

10. 10.Leaving the club

    • You can download your data, or ask to delete your account, at any time in My Club › Account.
    • Deletion happens after 7 days, and you can cancel until then. Some records are kept for a limited time, as the Privacy Notice explains. Your number is retired and never reused.

11. 11.The small print

    • RXZClub is an independent club for Yamaha RXZ enthusiasts and is not officially affiliated with Yamaha.
    • We do our best to keep the site running, but can't promise it is always available or that everything members post is accurate. Riding, repairs and modifications are at your own risk.
    • These rules follow Malaysian law.

12. 12.Changes and contact

    • We may update these rules. We'll show the date at the top and announce important changes on the site.
    • If a translation is unclear, the English version applies.
